The Texas Tree Tops estimates and scheduling messaging program is operated by Texas Tree Tops-Tree Services LLC (“Texas Tree Tops,” “we,” “us”), 3613 Avenue N, Fort Worth, TX 76105.
We text people who asked us for a tree service estimate. Messages relate to that request and to the work that follows from it:
Some of these messages are sent automatically by our scheduling and estimating systems; others are typed by our office staff. You can reply to any of them and a person will answer.
We do not send promotional offers, discounts, or review requests through this program.
There are two ways to join, and both require you to ask us first. We do not buy, rent, import, or share phone numbers from any third party.

If you call us to ask for an estimate, our staff will ask whether they may text you about it, and will tell you the message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. We record your agreement and its date on your contact record.
Message frequency varies. It depends on where your estimate or job has got to — typically a handful of messages while we are pricing and scheduling your work, and none once the job is closed out.
