Program name and sender
The Texas Tree Tops estimates and scheduling messaging program is operated by Texas Tree Tops-Tree Services LLC (“Texas Tree Tops,” “we,” “us”), 3613 Avenue N, Fort Worth, TX 76105.
What messages you will receive
We text people who asked us for a tree service estimate. Messages relate to that request and to the work that follows from it:
- Confirmation that we received your estimate request.
- Requests for photos of the trees so we can price the work without sending someone out.
- Your quote, and notice when it is ready or has been emailed to you.
- Appointment reminders before a crew or an estimator arrives.
- Follow-up about the status of your own open estimate or scheduled job.
Some of these messages are sent automatically by our scheduling and estimating systems; others are typed by our staff. You can reply to any of them and a person will answer.
We do not send promotional offers, discounts, or review requests through this program.
How you opt in
There are two ways to join, and both require you to ask us first. We do not buy, rent, import, or share phone numbers from any third party.
On our website
Directly above the submit button on our estimate request form at https://www.texastreetops.com/contact/ is an optional checkbox, unchecked by default, whose label reads exactly:

Checking the box is optional — you can request an estimate without it; we simply will not text you. The same form appears on our service and city pages.
By phone
If you call us to ask for an estimate, our staff will ask whether they may text you about it, and will tell you the message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Consent is optional and not a condition of service. Our staff record your agreement, the date and time, and the number you asked us to text on your customer record before any message is sent.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. It depends on where your estimate or job has got to — typically a handful of messages while we are pricing and scheduling your work, and none once the job is closed out.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Texas Tree Tops does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier may, according to your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages. To rejoin, reply START.
